This can get fatal

*TARDIS swear filter activated*

Okay. This post will be about how upset I am right now.
The boyfriend of the mum of my es came over to take us to burger king... (fooood!!!)
He's such a flippin jerk! A flipping french flip with so much flipoin' gel in his hair, you'd need the whole Pacific to wash it out!!! And he's driving with 150 km/h with 6 people in a 4 people car!!! And all the way to burger king I was like: I wanna kill this guy! Strangle him or something, but he has to disappear from this world!!!
And then we were eating where I got compliments for my french. (Thanks.)
And that guy is such an unoriented idiot flip!!! And his laugh is like some bird wants to puke! It belongs to a horror movie! I mean it!
And he's even smoking and the whole house smells like smoke and I can't sleep because I'm constantly coughing, cause I can't stand it. I think I'm allergic or something! And jeez... I just want to kill him!!!
This flippin' flip who's such a flip is so flippin' freakin' me out!!! I hate him so much!!!!

That's it. Good night

Melua :)

P.S.: instead of every "flip" or "flipping" insert a swear word!

I don't even know what to think anymore

The day tarted out great. We had breakfast, I met the mum of my es and we went to the school.

The school in the background

I really like that school, it's so huge and neat and just so nice.
Then we did some stupid tandem-language-learning-thing, which didn't even make any sense. And then we ate at the cantine. The food was okay, but not the best...
After that we went to Lyon to have a tour in the Confluence quarter.
It was boring, since I had the same tour a year ago.

Panorama from a bridge

Orane Cube Building

Frogs

And then we went (too) near to the sucrière and I felt terrible because I still can't go to the star wars exhibition.
Now yeah. Okay. Then we had an hour at the lycée. I was lying on the grass and did nothing. Except to starve. I was so hungry!!!!! (I still am.)
Then something happened which I didn't expect: Somebody else shipped our group too. And she almost had the same ships as me. So awesome...
So then we went home with the bus. And there was a huge talk about boys and stuff and I was asked which one of the boys I like from the exchane group, but I don't like any and I was totally upset! And then one of the 9th graders showed my es a photo of her ex and she's 15 and when she had him she was 14!!! And then one of the others even dared to ask if she was a virgin!!! (I'm sorry if somebody from the group reads this but I have to write it down because it's so upsetting!!!) Where does the world go?!??
And I'm 16 didn't ever have a boyfriend and don't even intend to!!!
And now something good: I met a Rick Riordan fangirl, but she's not crazy enough... :'( But it's good talking with her and I'm not alone anymore. :)

See you all

Sunday Activities

Today began as I woke up at 11 am, thanks to my night-long research on the internet. Thanks interesting stuff...
Then we had breakfast and about an hour after that we had lunch at the house of the mum of my exchange student. Pizza and pasta. An cake. Dauntless cake. Or at leat something like that.
Afterwards we went bowling and to play billiard. First we played billiard. It was great. Though I didn't play for years so I was a miserable player.

Me playing billiard

Then we went over to borrow bowling-shoes. I have to admit, that I never played bowling ever before. But I wasn't even that bad. I was the third in our team and I even did a strike.

The scores (I'm the last one)

After that we went to the mum of my es (exchange student, I'm tired of writing the whole thing...) where we watched some film. I didn't really watch it so I don't have a clue what it was about. Eventhough it was in english.
That was when I figured out that I may have a cat-hair allergy, because my nose starts running and I get teary-eyed when I'm with one of the two cats. And I live cats. This totally sucks...

The cat called Lilly drinking out of the tap (I think the tongue looks funny)

After that I went to the bathroom to wash my hair. But I spilled out water so it looked like the place of a massacre.
Now I'm sitting next to my mattress (the power socket isn't near enough to the bed) and I'm writing and listening to music.

Good night

It's Still Today

For me it is today until I sleep, so even if it's already past midnight this is today, and this is the promised post:

After the Confluance we went to Perrache with the metro, where we waited a complete hour. As a good fangirl, I had a book with me (City of Glass by Cassandra Clare) and read, sitting on the dirty ground of the station. But honestly, I didn't care at all, because my legs hurt.
(Oh and yes, I had hick-ups again...)
After we finally arrived at the house of the mum of my exchange student we went to watch the basketball game pf the exchange student of Lilly. It was quite cool. Her team won 51-37.
After that we went back to the house where we ate pizza and cake and listened to music. Meanwhile I was on my phone all the time. I'm not a party-girl... Not at all.
Then we could decide if we wanted to watch Saw or Frozen. I watched Frozen, because I didn't want to watch horror right now. We watched it in french and surprisingly I understood everything. I love Frozen, it's so cute!!!
After that everybody went home and we were cleaning up. That meant eating the cake that was left and doing the dishes. I helped with eating the cake...
Then we left for the house of her dad.
Now I'm lying on my bed, scratching my face, because I have red dots all over it and it's itching like crazy. I think I'm allergic to something...

See you all soon, except if I die because of scratching off my face.

Goodnight :)

The Real Start

My night was good but not the best since I couldn't sleep because of the bells of the church nearby. And then I always bumped my head against the ceiling since it was the top of a bunk bed. Great start. After 1 am I finally slept.
I woke up at 7 am and I was just laying there thinking about life and everything, just stuff somebody thinks of when bored.
Then we had breakfast and we went to the mum of my exchange student. (Her parents are divorced.) there we waited for the exchange student of Lilly (somebody from my school) and Lilly and they took us to the metro station.
We took the metro and the Funiculaire and went up to the Fourvière.

The Fourvière

There we looked at the panorama, which you couldn't see much of because it was very foggy.

The panorama

There we went into the cathedral in which I already was two times so I just sat there staring around, thinking why the statues don't attack.

The inside of the Fourvière

Then we went down where I discovered two weeping angels made of wood.

Weeping Angels made out of wood

That was when my hick-ups started. And that was annoying me. Then I noticed that I left my money at the house of my exchange student. And I was hungry and I don't have money and this sucks...
After that we went to roman theatres, which were really old. But they did look awesome.

The Theatre

I was still having hick-ups when a pigeon scared me and it stopped. I'm glad it did, because my chest already started hurting.
After that we were going down the hill, then through a tunnel between the houses (I don't know how else to call it) and we ended up in Vieux-Lyon.

Vieux-Lyon

On the bridge oer one of the rivers I started shipping the exchange group. That probably wasn't a good idea since now I'm watching their behaviour... But it's kind of funny.

One of the two rivers (I don't knowwhich  one)

Then we went to the Place Bellecour to eat something.

Place Bellecour

There I saw posters for the Star Wars Identities exhibition which is now in Lyon but I can't go. This hurts my heart(s). The place where we ate was called Brioche Dorée. It was delicious. We were eating outside in the pouring rain. I looked like a wet dog, because I didn't have an umbrella. But I didn't really care. That was the time when my hick-ups started again. I seriously hate hick-ups.
Then I even had to wait for the whole group, because they bought sweets and the shop was too little and I didn't have any money. Awesome, isn't it?
Then we went to the Confluence (a shopping mall).

The Confluence

Now we're all in the Confluance. The other shopping and me going with one team writing my blog. (I still don't have money...)
Today I will come up with at least an other post. Maybe just how my day went on, but MAYBE also with something else. ;)

See you all later

The first day

So here is the post (a bit later than expected) but it's here so yeah... Let's get started.

Today I woke up in the morning to say goodbye to my mum, who I did just meet in the morning, because she went to work.
I was watching three episodes of Supernatural before it was finally noon and my dad brought me to the Airport in Munich (MUC).
There we (the exchange-class) checked in and boarded the plane. I sat in the last row on the right seat next to the window and some creepy french guy.

Taking up

Then the plane took up (see photo) and we were flying.
You have to know that for me flying is the best thing in the world. There's no better feeling than soaring through the clouds and see everything from up there. This was the fifth time I was flying and I seriously still love it!!!
So we were flying and then we were above Munich and you could see our house and since you can't really see where it is here'a a photo:

Munich's south from above

And then a picture from whole Munich:

Munich from above (and the Starnberger See)

Then we were flying calmly, though there were some little turbulences. You had an awesome sight onto the Alps. It was beautiful! You could even see the Matterhorn.

The Alps

After the Snack and te drink it was already time to land. I hate and live landing at the same time. I hate that the flight is over, but i live when the plane lands and it rolls with and enormous speed and then abruptly stops. I love that feeling.
So we were landed. Then we went to the toilet. (Very important information, I know...) After that our luggage arrived to pick it up. That went well too. Then there were three uniformed men at te Lyon Airport (LYS) with machine guns, which was kind of creepy.
Then I met my exchange student and we talked and stuff. Then after about two hours of traffic jams (it lasted two times longer than the flight) we arrived at Soucieu en Jarrest, a little city in the south-west of Lyon. The house is nice though it kind of smells like chamistry lab and freshly painted walls. But i got used to it.
Then we went to a restaurant to eat. I ate a burger and a banana split. Tasty.

My Banana Split, because Bananas are good

And now I'm lying here on my bed tryimg to remember everything.

See you all (even if you don't exist) tomorrow!

This awesome hashtag-title will be the topic of the week. (And I'm sorry for not being online for a while. I had some personal issues which had to be cleared. Sorry. I'll be active from now on. I swear on the River Styx!)
So, you (my fictional readers) are asking yourselves what this hashtag means. Well, I'll explain:
I'm on a one-week school exchange with Lyon now and I will post stuff and everything, and everything which has to do with this will be marked by the new hashtag #meluaisinlyon. I hope you'll like it.
